"When The Feelings Flood In"

It’s not always the workload or the deadlines that wear me down.
Sometimes it’s the feelings.

They build up. Quietly.
A conversation I didn’t process. A moment I brushed past. A disappointment I didn’t have time to feel.
And then one small trigger—maybe a silence, a pause, a memory—unleashes all of it. At once.

That’s the part people don’t see. That the weight isn’t always about doing too much. Sometimes it’s about feeling too much and not having room to unpack any of it.

But I’m learning to give myself grace.
To sit with it, not run from it.
To honor the emotion without letting it define me.

This space right here is part of that healing.
This is where I sort through the noise.
This is where I remind myself—I’m allowed to feel it all. And still rise.
