Royal Gem #5 - Just Choose Already!

Our lives are a series of choices.  Everything from what we eat, to who we love, to where we live and work, to what we believe in and fight for  and our ultimate aspirations. "To be or not to be?"  That is the question posed by the late great William Shakespeare in his play "Hamlet". What is the answer you might ask? It's simple, whatever you choose.  I saw a statement once that said "You have 2 choices when it comes to work...become an entrepreneur or work for one" (Unknown). All of that is said to say this, other than death, the only other constant in life is choices. Choose the right things.  Now only you can determine what those things are, but choose already.  Choose to do things that help you to be a better you.  Choose to challenge yourself. Choose the road less traveled.  Choose to help others.  Choose to change injustices.  Choose to have a voice. Choose to have your work speak volumes.  Choose wisdom. Choose responsibly.  Choose to dream big, work hard and live bigger.  Choose to smile. Choose to exceed expectations. Choose to pay it forward. Choose to build a lasting legacy. Choose to live outside the box. Heck, choose to redefine the box altogether.  Choose to be the great person you are. Choose to silence the doubters.  Choose to make a difference. And above all just choose already.

"But until a person can say deeply and honestly, "I am what I am today because of choices I made yesterday."  that person cannot say I choose otherwise." -
-Stephen R Covey

"In the end that was the choice you made, and it doesn't made how hard it was to make it. It matters that you did."
- Cassandra Clare

"We are our choices."
-Jean-Paul Sarte

"Choose your love. Love your choice."
-Thomas S. Mason

"How would your life be different if...You stopped allowing other people to dilute or poison your day with their words or opinions?  Let today be the day...You stand strong in the truth of your beauty and journey through your day without attachment to the validation of others."
-Steve Maraboli
